Absolutely. Share your script, concept art, or scene requirementswell design and bring your haunted vision to life. 

3. What materials do you use? Are the props durable for commercial use?

We use a combination of resin, wool, silicone, foam, and fabriccrafted to balance realism and durability, built for repeated use in commercial horror settings.

4. How long does it take to complete an order?

Production usually takes 24 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. For larger setups, we recommend early scheduling.

5. Do you support bulk orders or long-term partnerships?

Yes. We offer volume discounts and customized partnership plans for haunted venues and theme parks. Contact us for a tailored quote. 

6. Do you offer static or animated models? Can they include sound or light effects?

Yes. We provide both static and animated models for you to choose from. We can also design motion, sound, and lighting systems based on your requirementsincluding custom triggers such as motion sensors, buttons, or timers.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with secure packaging. Let us know your destination and well handle the logistics.

8. Can you help us design a full haunted scene or experience using your props?

Yes. Were happy to assist with layout suggestions, prop integration, and character placement based on your venue and story.

9. What is your return, cancellation, and warranty policy?

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to adjust your order (add or remove items), please contact us within 24 hoursremoval is possible if production hasnt started, and additions can be made at any time.

Orders come with a 1-year free warranty, covering any quality-related issues. After one year, we offer repairs or replacements at cost price.

10. Does the product price include customs duties? How is the final price calculated?

Our standard quote includes the product cost and shipping fee. Our freight forwarder will handle customs clearance and provide door-to-door delivery, so you won’t need to worry about import duties or logistics.
If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder, we can deliver the goods to a Chinese port only, and your agent will handle the sea shipping and customs clearance. In this case, the price is calculated as product cost + initial domestic shipping.
